How do I install TheTab?

I found TheTab but I am not sure what installing it actually involves. Do I need an account first, or is there a setup step after adding it? A short list of what to click would help.

TheTab preserves the original OneTab experience.

We built TheTab because OneTab changed their core functionality. TheTab gives you back the simple, one-click tab saving that made OneTab great in the first place.
